Urban Ecology studies the relationship between organisms in an urban area and their interactions within the community. This includes the study of trees, rivers and wildlife to understand the adverse effect that pollution, depletion and other pressures may have. Urban ecologists will use the results to design healthier, better managed communities by understanding the relevant threats to the urban environment. This blog was developed to share ideas and propel this ideology.
